Our Story

Built in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana. Pierced Heart Co started as one question: why does Catholic apparel look like a gift shop, and gym apparel look like it believes in nothing?

The Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart — pierced, burning — are the oldest images of strength through suffering there are. We put them back where discipline lives. Every design is drawn in an engraved, holy-card style and printed on heavyweight blanks when you order it. No warehouse, no filler, one new piece at a time.

“Strength through Suffering” isn’t a slogan; it’s Luke 2:35 and every hard set you’ve ever finished.

Do I have to be Catholic to wear this?

No. The artwork is Catholic because that’s where these images come from — the Sacred Heart is the oldest “strength through suffering” symbol there is, and we won’t water it down. But the message is for anyone it hits. Protestant, Orthodox, still figuring it out — if you believe strength is built through suffering, the shirt is for you.
